Invitation For Bid For Food Services
INVITATION FOR BID NOTICE
CDI HS Serving Hawai’i County, Hawai’i Head Start program will receive bids for the furnishing of meals (breakfast in bulk, lunch in bulk and p.m. snack in bulk) until July 22, 2009 in the conference room located at 27 Waianuenue Avenue, Hilo, Hawai’i, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No bid will be received after the 4:00 p.m. opening time. No telephone bids will be approved. Lateness due to any unforeseen circumstances will not be accepted as a valid excuse.
Contract documents, including conditions and bid forms, are on file and may be obtained at the CDI HS Serving Hawai’i County, Hawai’i Head Start program, Central Administration Office, 27 Waianuenue Avenue, Hilo, Hawai’i, or can be downloaded from here CACFP BID FORM.
The contractor shall appoint a company executive to assume the responsibility for the implementation of the requirements, terms and condition of this bid invitation.
CDI HS Serving Hawai’i County, Hawai’i Head Start program reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding.
The bid may be held by the CDI HS Serving Hawai’i County, Hawai’i Head Start program for a period not to exceed 30 days from the opening date, for the purpose of investigating the qualification of the bidders prior to awarding the contract.
